No charges filed against maintenance worker involved in double homicide

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office has decided to not press charges against the 39-year-old maintenance man who shot and killed a 17-year-old girl and 19-year-old man.
Police say 17-year-old Anmarie Miller and 19-year-old James Bell were shot and killed after assaulting the 39-year-old maintenance man inside an apartment building near 27th and Vliet.
Police arrested a 20-year-old man also involved in the assault of the maintenance man. He was later released.
CBS 58 is told the maintenance worker did have a concealed carry permit.
