MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A nearly century-old mansion on Milwaukee's east side which served as UW-Milwaukee's Alumni House has a new owner.
Andy Nunemaker is a Milwaukee businessman who recently won a bid to purchase the 18,000 square foot home on Kenwood Boulevard for $1.8 million from the UW System Board of Regents.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Michael Schlesinger spoke with Nunemaker who says he has the experience, drive and means to preserve the historic landmark with some 21st century craftsmanship.
