New information released on Glendale bank robbery

On Wednesday, May 3 at 11:36 AM, the Glendale Police Department was dispatched to the PNC Bank Branch at 7001 N. Port Washington Rd. for a reported bank robbery. The suspect was described as a white man or possibly a light skinned black man with brown facial hair, wearing gray sweatpants, red high-top sneakers, a dark colored flat-brimmed baseball cap with a sticker on the brim and a logo on the front, sunglasses, a red hoodie with a Puma brand Arsenal T-7 Anthem Jacket White/Red. 

The suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money. No weapon was displayed or implied.

After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash the suspect was last seen fleeing the bank on foot.

The bank robbery also led to the lockdown of a few neighboring schools where bus service was canceled.
