New Details Released About Rock County Manhunt Suspect and his Manifesto to the President

NOW: New Details Released About Rock County Manhunt Suspect and his Manifesto to the President

The manhunt continues for a heavily armed man in Rock County. Police say he stole more than a dozen guns on Tuesday and today, we learned he mailed a 161-page manifesto to the White House with grievances towards the government and law enforcement.

The video appears to show Jakubowski sending that pack to President Trump on Tuesday, just hours before police say he robbed a local gun store. Tonight the search for Jakubowski continues.

"Revolution! It's time for a change." A cell phone video from Tuesday night appears to show Jakubowski mailing a package to President Trump.

"You seen the name, you've seen the address, all the stamps. Game time!"

It's our first look at the fugitive who has sparked a massive manhunt in southern Wisconsin.

"I can tell you that we don't know where Jakubowski is."

This evening we saw tactical units arriving at the Rock County Sheriff's Office where earlier in the day, police offered new details into his criminal past.

"There has been some cases of resisting police officers. There was one case where he tried to disarm an officer."

They also offered details on that manifesto which describes frustration with politics and police.

"He basically has a dislike for anyone that has authority or governmental power."

Police have already searched over a dozen locations - including an abandoned home that a swat team entered today.

"He is extremely dangerous."

"I am hopeful that we will be able to bring this subject into custody in the near future."

The search for Jakubowski continues tonight, we're told 150 law enforcement officers are taking part. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for his capture.
