Muskego man arrested for 5th OWI after speeding and tailgating on I-41

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- 39-year-old Gregory Frelka from Muskego has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.

A Wisconsin State Trooper responded to a driving complaint about a Chevy Silverado driving south on I-41 in Washington County. The Silverado was reported to be tailgating multiple vehicles and speeding. The Trooper located the pickup driving south and initiated a traffic stop near County Highway K.

The driver submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for suspicion of Operating Under the Influence, 5th Offense. There was also an open bottle of alcohol inside the car. He was then transported to an area hospital for a legal blood draw and then booked into the Washington County jail.
