MILWAUKEE COUNTY (CBS58) - Floragenia Chaney, 47, will have her sentencing hearing at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on Thursday. She's accused of being the getaway driver and faces a felony charge of bail jumping.
Authorities said she helped her son, Dwayne Chaney, escape right before his verdict.
Chaney was convicted to life in prison for killing Michael Prescott in 2015.
Chaney was caught four days after being on the run.
