(CBS NEWS) – High fashion wants us to pay a pretty penny for something we typically toss.
Moschino is selling what appears to be a dry cleaning bag as a dress. The dress comes with a hefty price tag of $700.
The clear plastic garment is meant to be worn over something else because a slip is not included.
