More Snow Develops Tonight
Another wave of low pressure will move across the Midwest tonight into Thursday morning. The main energy will stay south; however, southeastern Wisconsin will receive a glancing blow later tonight.
Snow is forecast to develop after midnight. Light snow will continue for the morning commute into the early afternoon. There is a lot of dry air to overcome, but we still think that some minor accumulation is possible.
Snow amounts look to remain light with a dusting expected in northern communities, with around a half an inch in the Milwaukee and Waukesha areas. The highest totals will be close to the border up to 2". Wind won't be an issue, but some roads in our southern communities could become slippery.
You get one day to shovel or sweep Thursday's snow before our next wave arrives on Friday night into Saturday with another chance at a few inches of snow.
