Milwaukee's American Science & Surplus facing tough times and possible closure, store asking for your help

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of Milwaukee's coolest stores is in danger of shutting its doors for good. Because of rising operating costs, online retail competition, and soaring shipping amounts, American Science & Surplus could permanently close.

Owner Pat Meyer even has a GoFundMe page to help offset costs.

Close to $125 thousand dollars has been raised. The goal is $200,000 dollars. The store is located at 6901 W. Oklahoma Avenue.  If you want to donate to the cause, go here.
