Milwaukee Post Office hosting peak season job fair September 3-9

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Post Office is hosting a 'peak season job fair' from September 3 through the 9th.

The job fair will run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. this Tuesday through Friday.

The U.S. Postal Service currently has job openings across the Lakeland District, which covers most of Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Attendees will meet postal officials, who will provide firsthand information and descriptions of job openings that are currently available and need to be filled. Computers will be available for potential applicants to submit their applications online. This event is free and open to the public.

The job fair will take place at the Milwaukee Main Post Office Lobby, located at 345 W. St. Paul Avenue in Milwaukee.
