Milwaukee police seek suspect in armed robbery of check-cashing store
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday, April 6.
Officials say the armed suspect entered a check-cashing store near Center and W Fond Du Lac Avenue around 11:41 a.m. and demanded money before fleeing in a vehicle.
The suspect is described as an African American male, 20-22-years-old. He was last seen wearing a black knit hat, sunglasses, blue mask, multi-colored hooded shirt with a Bulls logo, dark-colored jeans and black shoes. He was armed with a gun.
The suspect vehicle is described as a gray Kia Optima.
