Milwaukee police seek critically missing man last seen near 23rd and Keefe

MPD MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating a critically missing man.
Officials say 63-year-old Clifton Rice was last seen near 23rd and Keefe around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 14.
He's described as a Black male, 5'6", 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Clifton was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black thermal pants and red flip-flops.
