Milwaukee Police looking for suspect after 15-year-old boy shot while standing on a porch

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 15-year-old is in the hospital after he was shot while standing on a porch on Milwaukee's north side. 

The shooting happened around 9:00 p.m. Thursday near 18th Street and Glendale Avenue. Investigators say the teen told them he was standing on a porch when someone in a car fired multiple shots at the house. 

The 15-year-old realized he was hit and was taken to a local hospital by a friend. He's expected to survive. 

Police are still looking for a suspect.
