Milwaukee Police Answer Girl's Letter to Santa

A Milwaukee girl’s Christmas wish came true on Christmas Eve, when Milwaukee Police surprised her family near 18th and Clarke Street.

The girl mailed a letter to the police asking them to make sure it went to Santa because she thought the mail man was losing her letters.

“So I am asking since you’re the heroes can you please get the letter to him. If you can’t I understand. I need you to give my letter to Santa because every year my brother, sister and I mail a letter and I think the mail man loses it.”

The police arrived with many presents for her and her two siblings to fill underneath their tree.

 “Whatever we can do to make their Christmas special is something that we are very proud of,” said Captain Pierce.

Captain Pierce, Sgt. Williams and their staff, KMK and Associates LLC  donated sporting equipment and other gifts.
