Milwaukee man arrested for his 4th OWI in Washington County Sunday morning

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested Sunday morning for his 4th OWI offense. Jerrod Baker went into a ditch on I-41 south near County Highway D.
When a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper responded and talked to the man he was taken to an indoor facility for a field sobriety test which he failed.
The man was taken to Washington County Jail.
