MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Zoo has a few new things to check out this spring. A zebra foal named Mistari was born April 22 and a new restaurant, Crust & Copper, just opened over the weekend, featuring brick oven pizzas, baked pastas and sandwiches.
The zoo is also hosting Celebrate Diversity Day on Saturday, May 16, an event highlighting nature's diversity and the connection between people and the natural world.
Megan O'Shea, zoo communications manager, joined us on Thursday, May 14 to offer details.
