Milwaukee County health officials recommend mask requirement in all schools this fall

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee County health officials are recommending that all schools require masks this fall.
Local health departments made a unanimous ruling this week, saying students, staff and visitors in the county should all mask up for the 2021-22 school year.
A news release from those health officials says the county has seen a 14-fold increase in Covid cases among children under 18 since July.
The recommendation is in line with guidance from the CDC.
