Mequon announces next Police Chief

MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The City of Mequon Board of Police & Fire Commissioners has selected Captain Patrick Pryor of the Mequon Police Department to serve as the City’s next Police Chief.
Pryor will succeed Chief Dan Buntrock, who will be retiring this spring.
Captain Pryor has served 6 years as a Police Officer, 12 years as a Sergeant and 2 years in the role of Captain.
Pending the completion of all pre-appointment screening procedures, it is expected that Captain Pryor will be sworn in as Police Chief on Friday, May 3.
