MCTS bus driver issued warning after accusation of denying a woman using wheelchair

The MCTS bus driver accused of denying a rider because of wheelchair was issued a warning for passing up a passenger.
In addition, he was disciplined for not notifying the dispatcher he was running late and that he didn't pick up a passenger.

The driver is a veteran driver with a clean record and no complaints filed against him in the past five years.
