Man who fell onto machete dies from injuries

The man who fell on a machete Tuesday afternoon in Ozaukee County has died. According to the Ozaukee County Sheriff the man, identified as 35-year-old Jonathan Barrett from Washington County, died from his injuries after falling onto the 11 inch machete.
The incident is still under investigation and the cause of death is pending autopsy and toxicology.
