MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man charged with killing his ex-girlfriend is still on the run and that's prompting the Office of Violence Prevention to remind people that there are ways victims of domestic violence can get help.
"If you do need help, need resources, we are here to support you and also we want to support Jamie's family in seeing justice in this case," said Reggie Moore with the Office of Violence Prevention.
Ramone Jones is accused of stabbing Jamie Wilson on February 5. Wilson was supposed to appear at the District Attorney's office that day to file a complaint but instead, police say they were called to her home and found her stabbed to death. The criminal complaint says Jones had abused and threatened her an kicked her out of her house.
