MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Just as a rainbow symbolizes light after dark and turbulent times, A rainbow baby provides hope and strength for parents who are blessed with a healthy baby after the loss of a previous baby due to miscarriage, stillbirth or death in infancy.
