WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- When tragedy strikes and children are involved we often think of the words of the late Fred Rogers who advised to look for the helpers. Fortunately, finding the helpers who responded to the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy was easy to do.
