Local Starbucks to Serve Alcohol

The Starbucks on Moreland Boulevard in Waukesha soon will start serving beer and wine along with the usual coffee choices. 

Alcohol sales will be limited to late afternoons and nights and you won't be able to get it at the drive thru window. 

This is part of what the company calls its "Starbucks evenings" program, which also includes food choices like truffle mac and cheese and chocolate fondue. 

So far, the Waukesha location is the only one in the area with plans to sell alcohol.
