Packers Hall of Famer hosts free football camp at Bradley Tech in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A big man, with a big heart. Packers Hall of Famer Gilbert Brown is hosting a free football camp at Bradley Tech July 8th through the 10th.
The Gravedigger went to NFL Lineman Reggie McKenzie's football camp in Detroit as a kid. For 14 years now gives back, the same way with a camp in Milwaukee.
"I thought why not bring that to Milwaukee," Gilbert Brown told CBS58 Sports Director Lance Allan. "And why not try not to help some kids. And not only learn football. But learn like skills. Learn job skills. And learn how to be a human being on top of playing football. Boys and girls. I don't discriminate now. I get the boys and girls in there. So, it's just one of those things where it helped me cope with not playing football no more. But helping others."
The morning session on Tuesday, July 8 through Thursday, July 10th is for ages 8-12 and goes from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. The afternoon session is for ages 13-17 and runs from 1-5 p.m. And again, the cost is free.
