MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With many children returning to classrooms, families are focusing on healthy bedtime routines.
Sarah Rushford, center coordinator at Ebenezer ChildCare, joined us on Wednesday, Aug. 20. She discussed when children should begin adjusting their bedtime from summer to school schedules, the importance of sleep at a young age and some engaging ideas to make routines easier.
She also shared where parents can find additional resources for guidance as the school year begins. One resource is visiting Ebenezer ChildCare online by clicking here.
