It seems like we haven't had much of a break from the wind over the last few weeks, but the next few days will be pretty nice when it comes to wind speeds. A light 5-15 mph wind will be persistent Tuesday through Thursday. The direction of the wind will be shifting though but mostly staying away from a lake breeze.
Temperatures will stay closer to average in the mid 40s Tuesday and Wednesday and then start to warm up into the 50s Thursday and potentially around 60 Friday then hanging in the 50s through the weekend. Another blast of cooler air looks possible next week.
March has seen a lot of up and down temps which is pretty typical for this time of year. But overall in March the warmth has won out and the average temperature of 38.7 degrees so far in March is above average and currently the 18th warmest start to March on record.
