Woman facing misdemeanor charge in connection to pepper spray attack at local Rocky Rococo drive-thru
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 38-year-old woman is facing a misdemeanor battery charge after being arrested in connection to a pepper spray attack at a Rocky Rococo drive-thru in Milwaukee.
Authorities say that Milwaukee police responded to a Rocky Rococo located on Howell Ave, after a report of an employee had been pepper sprayed by a customer.
The victim, 18-year-old Vaida Fedikovich, said that she was working when she approached the window to speak to 38-year-old Anatasia Likwarz. Likwarz was angry, says the complaint, due to the delay in service.
Fedikovich attempted to assist Likwarz when Likwarz reached into the back of her vehicle, grabbed pepper spray and sprayed into Fedikovich's eyes, according to the complaint.
Prosecutors said that Likwarz yelled, "learn your manners [expletive]," before driving away.
Milwaukee police tracked down Likwarz's vehicle using a description and partial plate number, finding that the vehicle belonged to Likwarz's sister, who was loaning the vehicle to Likwarz.
Police say that Likwarz walked into a Milwaukee Police Station a week later and admitted to pepper spraying Fedikovich.
Likwarz said to police that they were having a bad day and felt Fedikovich was disrespectful to her.
