CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes continued The People's Budget tour with a stop in Cudahy on Thursday.
"Oral health is often the most neglected and to the extent that we can get these services that it helps alleviate a burden on the students and also on the parents," Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes (D) Wisconsin said.
Barnes visited Cudahy Middle School during their Seal-A-Smile event. It's a program that provides oral health education screening, sealant placement, and fluoride varnish application free of charge to elementary students.
