MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Dozens of kids packed the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum on Monday to celebrate New Year’s Eve early.
The children made their own party hats and masks for the celebration. At noon, a ball was dropped and the kids toasted with apple juice.
“Most children are going to fall asleep before midnight, at least most parents would hope, right?” Director of Outrech Allison McGaver said. “So we like to provide a fun activity for families and children to be able to bond and partake in celebrating a holiday together.”
The museum is open until 5 p.m. on Monday and is open Tuesday.
