Kids Basketball Coach Pleads Not Guilty to Child Sexual Assault Charges

A kids basketball coach from Waukesha County who's charged in a child sex assault case entered a not guilty plea today.

The court found probable cause that a felony has been committed probable cause to believe the defendant has committed a felony, accordingly he is bound over for trial.

Nicholas Frede is charged with sexually assaulting two girls during a private basketball lesson at his home in May. He waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial. He will be back in court next month.
