KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Kenosha man has been charged with making terrorist threats towards a group of children at an area middle school.
According to the criminal complaint, 43-year-old Michael Hauglie threatened to knock out a 13-year-old girl.
The incident happened Monday at Lincoln Middle School as Hauglie was looking for his daughter. He also threatened to shoot up the school in front of a group of students, according to police.
Just this month, Hauglie pleaded guilty to a separate incident involving a teenager and over the summer threatened a boy who he thought stole a bike.
