Judge Denies Both Requests for Release in Slender Man Case
Morgan Geyser's attorney request to be released to her grandparents was denied on Friday by the judge.
In the request it said Geyser's grandparents have removed all weapons from the home including his hunting rifle and hunting bow.

They also have purchased a safe to keep the kitchen knives and say no other weapons in the house.

Geyser's grandfather testified he would report any violations.

A psychologist testified on Friday on the improvement of Geyser's mental health.

The Assistant District Attorney argued against Geysers release saying the court could not risk what Geyser could do if released.

Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, both 13 at the time, planned and carried out the stabbing of a classmate to appease a fictional character Slender Man.

Weier is also requested a release with 24-7 adult supervision, and she was also denied.
