Infant among 4 people in car involved in crash near 26th and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A driver was cited for failing to yield the right of way after a crash Monday, June 22 near 26th and Capitol, according to Milwaukee police.

Police say the driver was heading south on 26th at around 9:56 a.m. and stopped at a stop sign before crossing Capitol, hitting a vehicle traveling east back on Capitol.

The 4-month-old and three others in the first vehicle were evaluated at the scene and not taken to a hospital. The driver of the second vehicle also reported no injuries.

The driver of the first vehicle was also cited for driving without a valid license and without insurance.
