Indiana Man Faces Repeat Drug Charges in Racine County

An Indiana man is under arrest in Racine County this morning for possession of over 30 grams of marijuana.  The 25-year-old Muncie man was stopped by Mount Pleasant Police after they received a complaint around 1 AM of a car driving erratically, southbound on I-94.  According to the Mount Pleasant Police report, officers saw a black Ford Mustang make an improper turn onto Oakes Road and were able to stop the vehicle.  According to the report, the driver appeared to be impaired and was taken into custody.  When officers searched the vehicle, they found over 30 grams of Marijuana/THC, other intoxicants and over $2,100 in cash.  The man, identified as Julian Adkins, has been charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana/THC by a repeat drug offender.  He is being held in the Racine County Jail.
