OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- IKEA Oak Creek is holding a rare, major sale Wednesday-Sunday.
The "As Is" sale is underway as the store tries to remove and sell out older or slightly damaged items.
As the doors opened on Wednesday, customers lined up to get their hands on marked off goods.
More than 350 items are at least 50 percent off.
"It is completely rare for us to actually do something like this," IKEA Oak Creek Samantha Gravina store manager said.
The on-sale items include bed-sheets, tables, candles, decorations and more.
Gravina said the store expects to see at least 1,000 people each day.
"I'm remodeling my son's room so I said I'll give it a shot, check it out, see what they have," Milwaukee resident Brian O'Neil said. "I can see they got a good deal, he just needs an entertainment center."
Gravina tells CBS 58 new items will be put out every day during the sale.
