Hundreds gather to raise money for Catholic education in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE-The Ancient Order of Hibernians is a unique and longtime organization celebrating and fostering the Irish Catholic experience.

They focus on culture and charity and for the first time this year decided to host an Irish Stew competition.

Hundreds turned out at the Turner Hall Ballroom Thursday night, easily raising tens of thousands of dollars for three local schools.

Shannon Burns, Vice President of AOH says it's a labor of love and they are overwhelmed and thankful for the turnout and how so many chefs wanted to take part.

CBS 58's Michele McCormack was also honored to take part.

Here's some of the highlights from the wonderful evening.
