Homicide Occurs on Halloween in Milwaukee

Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that happened around 10:35 a.m. on October 31 in the 1400 block of S. 7th Street.
An adult male victim was shot during circumstances that remain under investigation.
Milwaukee police are searching for the suspect in the picture in connection to the homicide.
The victim later died from his injuries.
