MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Help support Milwaukee's Urban Ecology Center! It's what "HKE MKE" and "Urban Gnomes" is all about. Wednesday, Sept. 29, CBS 58 talked with Jess Shafe, the director of special education at Islands of Brilliance, to give some insight about the event and shows us how local students are getting involved.
