Hit and run occurs in Town of Norway

A 38 year-old Waterford man was struck by a car while riding his bicycle on STH 36 north of West Loomis Road on August 11. The vehicle fled the scene.
The incident happened at 12:44 AM.
Deputies from the Town of Norway responded for the hit and run accident involving a car and a bicycle.
The victim was struck from behind by a dark colored vehicle.
A black passenger side mirror was located at the scene.
The victim was transported by Wind Lake Rescue to Froedtert Hospital, where he was later released.
He sustained a broken collarbone, a bruised hip, and minor cuts and abrasions.
