MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened at the Walmart at 103rd and Silver Spring on the city's north side. A 31 year-old Milwaukee man sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The victim presented at a local hospital. No innocent bystanders were injured.
Police on the scene confirm an argument that started at around 7 p.m. inside the store in a checkout line spilled outside where the shooting took place. The Milwaukee Fire Department says no shooting victims remained on scene when first responders arrived.
Detectives collected evidence and gathered information for about two and a half hours. Police say the Walmart will remain closed until Tuesday afternoon.
