Hartland girl diagnosed with leukemia thanks blood donors

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 9-year-old girl diagnosed with leukemia thanked people who came out to a blood drive at the Wisconsin State Fair Products Pavilion Monday.

Harlow Millies is from Hartland, Wisconsin.She was diagnosed with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2017.

Over the course of her treatment, Harlow has received blood transfusions to help recover from chemotherapy.

On Monday, she and her family thanked blood donors for giving the gift of life.
