Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Ramsey
WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Early voting has been a point of emphasis for Republicans in Wisconsin this year, perhaps more than ever before.
State GOP Chairman Brian Schimming said in a "Team Trump" zoom press conference that he's been telling everybody early voting is "the way to victory in Wisconsin."
"In fact, even my colleague Ben Wikler, the state chair of the Democratic Party, was quoted at his convention saying Democrats could no longer count on an early vote advantage because Republicans had finally gotten it together," Schimming said.
Schimming also points out that weather can be an issue on a November Election Day - another reason for voters to go to the polls early.
