Milwaukee (CBS 58)--Just when we catch our breath from all the snow, now we have to deal with extreme cold we haven't seen in nearly a quarter century. Overnight lows for Wednesday and Thursday mornings will hover around -20. That's the air temperature. With the wind, it'll feel like -42 to -52. We have a Wind Chill Warning for Tuesday evening through Thursday morning. It's a Wind Chill Advisory for Tuesday during the day.
As temperatures start to warm on Thursday, we have a risk for some snow showers. And then for the second part of the weekend, it really gets warmer with rain and snow mix possible and highs in the 30s!!
