Glendale scouts plant trees on Earth Day

Glendale, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Over 60 Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts were out in the cold weather this morning, Saturday, April 22, planting nine trees at Parkway Elementary School in Glendale.

The scouts know how important planting trees is for our communities and how this helps make the world a better place.

The Girl Scouts of Southeast Wisconsin, Cub Scout Pack 393, We Energies, Glendale DPW and the Glendale River Hills School District all made this event possible.
