Glendale Officer Injured after Cruiser Rammed Multiple Times by Suspect

On Friday evening, Glendale Police received a call about a person smoking weed in a car while parked in the 7100 block of N. Port Washington Road.
When a police officer arrived, the suspect rammed the police cruiser four times in an attempt to escape. The suspect then fled on foot.
Police tracked the suspect to a wooded area near the I-43 off ramp and used a taser on them. According to police the suspect has several felony warrants and was taken into custody.
The Glendale officer was taken to the hospital with neck and back pain but was released.
