MILWUAKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been selected for the 2024-25 Kia All-NBA First Team today, May 23.

This would mark Antetokounmpo's seventh consecutive First Team All-NBA and his ninth season earning All-NBA honors.

He surpassed 20,000 career points on March 5, which makes him the sixth youngest player in NBA history to reach that mark.

Leading the Bucks to the 2024 Emirates NBA Cup Championship in December, Antetokounmpo was named Emirate NBA Cup most valuable player and was selected for the Emirate NBA Cup All-Tournament Team.

For the 2025 All-Star Game he was voted a starter, marking his ninth consecutive All-Star selection.

He is joined on the 2024-25 Kia All-NBA First Team by Shai Gilgeous-Alexandar of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets, Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics.
