Getting 'in the weeds': Learning about organic gardening Feb. 28 at Waukesha's Gwenyn Hill Farm

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Get ready to dig into the world of organic veggies and learn the secrets of growing your own fresh produce at home as Join Kerem and Liz from the Gwenyn Hill Farm vegetable team for an introduction to organic vegetable gardening.

First, you’ll cover the basic principles of organic growing. Then, they will delve into best practices for setting up your garden space, building healthy soil, starting your own plants from seed, supporting a diverse ecosystem in the garden and maintaining plant health throughout the seasons.
