Georgia company creates limited-edition bat to honor memory of Jackson Sparks
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A baseball bat maker in Georgia is creating a limited-edition bat to honor the memory of Jackson Sparks, the 8-year-old who was struck and killed while marching with his team in the Waukesha Christmas parade.
The special bats will have a black background with the words "Waukesha Strong" and "Blazers," the name of Jackson's team, printed on it.
The bats will sell for $395 and the company "Dirty South Bats" says all of the proceeds will be donated to the Sparks family and related organizations.
