MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of Milwaukee's most popular barber and beauty shops is now offering something more important than hairstyles.
Tuesday, Feb. 25 was the grand opening of the MKE Wellness Clinic, a partnership between Anthem BlueCross BlueShield and Gee's Clippers on Martin Luther King Drive.
Customers who come in for a haircut can also address health issues they may have by talking to someone from Anthem, right there in the shop.

Owner, Gee Smith, said barbers hear about everything in their customers' lives and he's committed to helping them any way he can.
"It actually is beyond what I ever thought would be able to be in this barbershop. It literally looks better than my doctor's office," Smith said.
The MKE Wellness Clinic will be available to customers Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
